GrinHub, Accra, Ghana, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us on WhatsApp at 054-611-4003 for any privacy question or request.
We use a small number of service providers, who process data on our instructions:
Some of these providers store data outside Ghana. Where that is the case, we rely on the provider's contractual and technical protections.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising. We share information with universities, examination bodies, assessors, employers or immigration authorities only where that is part of a service you have asked us to provide, or where the law requires it.
Registration, enrolment, payment, assessment and certification records are kept as long as we need them to evidence your relationship with GrinHub — in particular so that a credential we issued can be verified years later. Contact details are kept while your account is active. We do not delete historical business records simply because an account is closed.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, not on our servers. Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it for their role. Sensitive operations — payment verification, identity issuance, certification — are performed server-side and recorded in an audit log.
You may ask us to:
Some records — payments, assessment results and issued credentials — cannot be deleted on request, because we need them to meet our obligations and to keep credentials verifiable. We will tell you when that applies.
Some of our learners, particularly BECE and WASSCE candidates, are under 18. Where a learner is a minor, a parent or guardian should complete the registration and will be linked to the learner's record. Parents linked to a learner can see that learner's information only — never another learner's.
This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We store a small amount of information in your browser purely to show you your own registration status after payment.
This policy is versioned. The version you accepted at registration is recorded against your registration, and we will tell you by email about material changes.
Contact us first and we will try to resolve the matter. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
