Questions

Do I pay everything at once?

No. The registration fee and your programme fee are separate. Registering does not commit you to a particular programme: you choose that afterwards.

Can I do more than one programme?

Yes. You keep one account and one identity per area. Adding a second programme later never creates a new account or a new student number.

How do I pay?

Card and mobile money online, through a secure payment page. Cash and mobile money can also be paid in person at any of our centres, and are confirmed by our team before your Registration ID is issued.

Do you register me for the exam?

No. We teach and prepare you. We do not enter anyone for any examination.

For BECE and WASSCE, WAEC runs a private candidate route: you register yourself online, without a school. WAEC requires your fingerprints to be captured at an internet café with the right equipment before registration counts, and states that without them the registration is void.

BECE for Private Candidates is open to re-sitters and to first-timers aged 16 or over. Entry runs October to December, the papers are sat in February in the regional capitals and Tema, and results are released in August. Private candidates are graded on the examination alone, with no continuous assessment.

WASSCE for Private Candidates is individual-based: you enter for the subjects you choose rather than a full set. Check current dates and fees with WAEC directly.

For IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, Goethe, DELF and NT2 you book with the test centre yourself.

Skills certification may work differently once we are accredited. Until then the same applies.

Where are you?

We work online and in person. See where to find us.
