GrinHub is a work and learning hub based in Accra, Ghana, providing language tuition, examination preparation, pathways services, and skills assessment and certification services. In these terms, "GrinHub", "we" and "us" mean GrinHub; "you" means the person registering or enrolling.
Registration begins when you submit the registration form and is completed only when your registration fee has been settled and confirmed by us. A GrinHub Registration ID is issued at that point and not before. Submitting the form, or telling us that you have paid, does not by itself complete your registration.
You must provide accurate information, including a working email address that belongs to you. Your email address is how we send receipts, confirmations, account access and important notices.
The registration fee and any programme or service fee are separate charges. Paying the registration fee does not enrol you in any programme and does not entitle you to tuition, assessment or certification.
All fees are set by GrinHub and displayed before payment. The amount charged is determined by GrinHub at the time of payment.
You are enrolled in a programme or service when the applicable fee has been settled and confirmed. Where the relevant rules require it, you will also receive a permanent GrinHub institutional identity. That identity belongs to you and is reused for future programmes; it is not reissued each time you enrol in something new.
Discount codes and referral codes are valid only for the offerings, period and limits we set, and are validated by us at the time of payment. A code that has expired, been fully used, or does not apply to your chosen offering will not be accepted. Discounts that reduce a fee to zero require authorisation by GrinHub staff.
Programmes may be delivered online, at our premises, at your home, or in a combination of these. The delivery mode you select forms part of your enrolment and may affect the fee. Changing delivery mode may change the applicable fee and is subject to availability.
You are expected to attend the sessions scheduled for your programme. We may reschedule sessions, change tutors, or adjust timetables where operationally necessary, and we will give you as much notice as is reasonably possible. Sessions missed without prior arrangement are not automatically rescheduled or refunded.
Preparation for an examination is a separate service from the examination itself. Where an examination, credential or service is delivered by a third party, that provider's own terms, fees, schedules and eligibility rules apply. We do not control and cannot guarantee third-party outcomes, dates, fees or decisions.
We do not guarantee any particular examination score, admission decision, visa outcome, certification result or job placement.
Assessment outcomes are determined by the assessment process and the assessor. A certificate or credential is issued only when all requirements for that credential have been met. An assessment that does not result in a pass does not entitle you to a credential or to a refund of the assessment fee.
Pathways services are advisory and administrative support towards a goal such as study or work abroad. Admission, visa and immigration decisions are made by universities, employers and government authorities, not by GrinHub. Fees for our services are payable regardless of the decision reached by a third party.
Cancellations, withdrawals and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We expect respectful conduct towards staff, tutors, assessors and other learners. We may suspend or end your participation, without refund, for conduct that is abusive, dishonest, disruptive, or that puts others at risk.
Learning materials, assessments and content provided by GrinHub remain our property or that of our licensors. They are for your personal use in connection with your programme. You may not copy, resell, publish or distribute them.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any programme or service is limited to the fees you have paid to GrinHub for that programme or service.
We may update these terms. Each version is numbered and dated, and the version in force when you registered or enrolled is recorded against your registration. Material changes will be notified to you by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
