Most people never find out what they could have reached. Not because the money was impossible, but because nobody sat down and worked it out with them. That is the whole of what we do here.
We do not represent any school. Nobody pays us to send you anywhere, so when we tell you a place is wrong for you, that is the only reason we are saying it.
A few things that are true today, and that most people are never told.
Public universities charge no tuition to anyone, Ghanaian or German. You pay a semester contribution of roughly €150 to €400, which usually includes your transport pass. One state is the exception and charges non‑EU students a separate fee — we will flag it if it applies to the university you are looking at.
Pan African University runs institutes in Kenya, Nigeria, Cameroon and Algeria. Its Master's and PhD scholarships are fully funded: tuition, accommodation, a stipend, research costs and travel. You do not have to leave the continent to study for free.
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program runs at KNUST, alongside partner universities elsewhere. It covers tuition, accommodation, books and a living stipend for academically strong students without the money.
Austria charges non‑EU students about €727 a year. Czech public universities charge nothing if you study in Czech, and charge for English‑taught programmes. Both are worth a look and neither is free.
Search for free universities in Europe and the lists still put Norway at the top. That stopped being one answer in August 2026: individual Norwegian universities, not a national rule, now decide whether to charge non‑EU/EEA students, and some have dropped their fee while others have not. There is no single answer for “Norway” any more — it depends on the specific university, and we check the current position for it before you plan around it.
Plan around the article instead of the actual policy and you lose a year. This is why the first thing we sell is a report and not a promise.
Free tuition does not mean free. Germany requires proof that you can support yourself before it will issue a visa: €11,904 paid into a blocked account for 2026, released to you at €992 a month. Every destination has some version of this, and it is the number that decides whether a plan is real.
Figures checked in August 2026. They move, sometimes mid‑year, which is why we check them again for each person rather than reusing an old report.
Three stages, and you decide at the end of each one whether there is a next. The first is deliberately cheap: if the honest answer is that nothing works for you yet, you should find that out for the price of the report, not after paying for a package.
A written report within seven working days, and a meeting to go through it. Which countries and institutions your grades and your budget can actually reach. What the whole thing costs, living expenses and proof of funds included. Which scholarships you qualify for. What the deadlines are. Africa and the low‑tuition countries are in there, not only the destinations everybody names.
Applications to up to five institutions for one intake. Your personal statement, your CV, the supporting documents, submission, and tracking each application until its decision arrives. The institutions' own application fees are yours to pay.
Once you hold an offer: the financial evidence, the supporting file checked against what that specific embassy asks for, and practice for the interview. Embassy and government fees are yours to pay.

Some institutions work through recruitment partners, and we may sign such an agreement in future. If we do, a separate section on this page will list those openings, and it will say plainly that we are paid by the institution. It will sit apart from the advice above, because the two should never be confused.
