Registering costs nothing and joining the talent pool costs nothing. What you can pay for, only if you want it, is being told which route abroad your certificates and your experience actually open.
We are building relationships with employers. We are not sitting on a pile of vacancies, and we will not tell you otherwise. That is exactly why the talent pool is free: we are not going to charge anybody for a maybe.
What we can do today is read your situation honestly and tell you which route is realistic, what it demands, and what you would have to fix first. That is work, and it has a price.
Nothing you pay for is ever a condition of being in the pool, or of being put forward. Those two things are free, permanently, and they stay free whether you buy anything or not. Medicals, embassy charges and other third‑party costs are never ours to collect.
Only the first one is worth buying before you have anything in hand. The other two are for people who already hold an offer.
A written report within seven working days, and a meeting to go through it. We read your certificates, your experience and your language level against what each route actually demands: apprenticeship, skilled work visa, seasonal work, or study first and work after. Which are open to you, what each requires, what it costs, how long it takes, and what you would have to fix first.
Four sessions on your CV, your applications and interview practice, aimed at the country you are going to rather than at Ghana.
Once you hold an offer: the financial evidence, the supporting file checked against what that specific embassy asks for, and practice for the interview. Embassy and government fees are yours to pay. We do not decide visas.
