Taught for speaking — for work, study and everyday life — not only to pass an exam. If you specifically need IELTS, TOEFL or SAT for an application, that is prepared separately once your general level is where it needs to be.
Four ways in, depending on what you're actually working toward: a general course at your own pace, a single block to try it or top up a level, an intensive track built around the USA's visa language requirement, and an extended track built around the UK/Ireland route.

18 contact hours a week over 4 weeks (72 hours total), onsite only. Built around the pace a US visa route typically demands.
15 contact hours a week over 27 weeks (405 hours total), onsite only. A longer, deeper track for the UK/Ireland route.
